Returns and Exchanges

Our bracelets and bangles are designed to make you feel positive, happy and empowered. So if something is not quite right, we want to do what we can to fix it for you, as soon as we can.

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at hello@bgreatful.com to arrange a return for store credit.
We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns for sale items, discontinued items, or custom items. These items are final sale.
Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the your responsibility. Items must be returned with trackable post or we cant accept them and their original product packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable.
Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives. Returns will be refunded as store credit that is valid for 3 months.

2. Exchanges

If we have sent you the wrong message by mistake we will replace it with the correct message.
Here's what to do. Send us an email at hello@bgreatful.com to let us know what happened and we will send you the details of how to get the incorrect message back to us and we will arrange the correct product to be sent to you.  

3. Lost Parcel

If you've waited the max average delivery time and still haven't received your shipment, get in touch with us hello@bgreatful.com within 30 days and we'll do our best to either find your shipment, or re-send it to you.
